One of the simpliest yet one of the best and most known recipes from the Spanish cuisine.
Ingredients:
Potatoes (4 medium/large)
Eggs (5 medium/small)
Salt
Olive oil
(Onions, in some houses they add onions, we do not, but this is an option)
Peel the potatoes and cut them in small pieces. In a saucepan heat like 1 cup of olive oil and add the potatoes, fry them until soft. In a bowl, beat 5 eggs, add salt to taste. Take the potatoes and removing the excess olive oil, pour them in the bowl with the eggs. Mix well.
In another saucepan, pour a little of olive oil to make sure it is well greassed to prevent from sticking. Pour the contents of the bowl and distribute evenly. Let it cook on one side, making sure it is not sticking (they recommend to have a saucepan only to make tortillas). When it has a light brown color, and with the help of a dish (a little smaller than the saucepan) turn the omelette. Put it back on the saucepan to cook on the other side.
Enjoy!

So, one of the (perhaps) secrets for a long life are chicken wings. The other one I think is positive thinking.
The other day I was helping Juana to swipe some hundreds of leaves from our grass area and ......as always, the wind became a little stronger.... so most of the work I already did.... was lost and we had to start over and over again....
So I made a comment "It is incredible bad luck, when I am swiping leaves, always, always, there is some wind that comes and distroys everything...." she looked at me and said... " I think it is God that thinks that you work hard and you are sweting, so he helps you to cool down sending you some breeze....".
What a difference in thinking! I looked at it from a different point of view and I was much happier... so now when the wind blows, I feel happy that somebody is thinking about me!
1. Chicken wings.
2. Positive thinking.
1. Chicken wings.
2. Positive thinking.
